Supply Chain Operations Team Leader

An experienced Supply Chain professional is required to join our client's fast paced business for a 12-15 month maternity contract.

You will be supporting multiple clients with their supply chain requirements and ensuring effective and timely delivery, excellent levels of customer service as well as leading a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring that weekly supply chain activities for all clients are completed to deadlines.
Providing technical support to customers and the team to resolve any queries.
Onboarding of new clients into agreed operational processes – clients predominantly from the food and FMCG sectors.
Ensuring compliance with time recording and workflow systems.
Leading, engaging and managing a small team – including performance management and setting objectives.
Proactively supporting the team's learning and development both technically and commercially. Upskilling where required.

You should have previous supply chain or operations support experience, be a proven pro-active team leader and have excellent organisation and communication skills.  You will be IT literate and be committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
