A Supply Chain Administrator is required to join our client’s growing FMCG business on the outskirts of Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business and offers hybrid working and career progression.

Key duties will include:

Being the single point of contact for one of the key business units and its suppliers.
Working collaboratively with the supply plan team to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
Tracking and managing supplier performance through regular reviews, visits and team meetings.
Tracking, reporting and managing the processing of slow and obsolete stock.
Reporting and processing weekly damaged stock orders and storage invoices.
Processing purchase orders on the purchase order system in line with supply plan.
Collating stock data and reporting on 3PL sites around the UK.

You should have excellent relationship building skills and be able to communicate effectively across all functions. You will have strong organisation and administration skills - able to prioritise a high volume workload. Experience working with logistics or transport providers would be beneficial but not essential.
