Be the face of our clients growing team in Self Storage

Our client offers the opportunity for a customer focused Store Assistant to help drive our clients expanding self-storage business forward. This isn't just an assistant role. It's a hands on, all round position where you'll play a vital part in the day-to-day success of the store.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Manager, you'll help run a busy self-storage facility — delivering great service, driving sales and keeping operations running smoothly.

Your role will include:

Providing outstanding customer service (face-to-face, phone & email)
Signing up new customers and advising on storage solutions and pricing
Selling packaging and related products
Managing enquiries, including document shredding services
Maintaining accurate customer records and database entries
Supporting customer account management and debt control
Helping the team achieve store targets
Ensuring excellent housekeeping and site presentation
Stepping into the Manager's role when required

You'll also get the chance to support other self-store locations when needed, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Availability to work alternate Saturdays (as part of your 21 hours)
