Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join their growing finance team.

The role is offered with hybrid working – 1 day per week from home and, if required AAT or CICM study support.

You will be working closely with the Sales Ledger Supervisor and team in maintaining accurate and timely invoicing for a range of businesses and contracts.

Responsibilities include:

Generating and issuing accurate customer sales invoices in a timely manner.
Working collaboratively with other internal departments to confirm order and billing details.
Maintaining accurate invoicing records and updating customer billing information.
Ensuring that all invoices comply to company policies and customer agreements.
Preparing credit notes and processing adjustments.
Resolving sales ledger invoice discrepancies.
Supporting the month-end billing process.

You should have at least 3 years' previous sales ledger experience with a good understanding of the invoicing processes and principles. You will be IT literate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
