An experienced Purchase Ledger Manager is required to join our client’s growing business in Northampton.

This role reports to the Head of Finance and you will have three direct reports.
Duties will include:
Leading, motivating and mentoring a small team.
Ensuring that supplier set-up procedures are completed for all approved suppliers.
Completing due diligence procedures relating to suppliers.
Overseeing the preferred supplier list, contractual terms and conditions.
Ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with procurement policy.
Ensuring that PO requests are authorised by Cost Centre Owners.
Revising and reconciling supplier invoices.
Liaising with Cost Centre Owners regarding issues and resolving them.
Providing analysis on the profile of supplier expenditure.
Managing process improvements to the Accounts Payable function.
You should have relevant previous experience, be pro-active in reviewing processes, positive, organised and with the ability to build strong working relationships.
