Payroll Administrator
An experienced Payroll Administrator is required to join our clients highly regarded, multi-sited business.
Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office) and CIPP study support, if required, are offered with this role. You should have at least one year's payroll experience and full training will be given.
You will work closely with the Payroll Manager ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately and to deadlines.
Key duties include:
Processing weekly and monthly payrolls.
Investigating any timesheet anomalies.
Responding to any payroll queries.
Processing starters and leavers and submitting RTI reports to the HMRC.
Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SSP and SPP.
Issuing payslips to employees and a breakdown summary to management.
Weekly and monthly submission of auto-enrolment pensions.
You should have a minimum of 1 year's previous payroll experience and an understanding of payroll legislation. You will have excellent organisation, communication and software skills.
