A driven, sales focussed Key Account Manager is required to join our client’s growing business in the creative sector.
You will be offering exceptional levels of customer service to existing clients via consultative, pro-active, customer facing meetings.
This is a pivotal role in the business and you will use your well-honed influencing and negotiation skills to grow revenue from designated key accounts.
You will be working to achievable KPI’s with a basic salary of £25k - £30k and OTE of circa £38k.
Key duties will include:
Develop and influence powerful customer relationships with an organised contact strategy.
Effectively work with New Business Managers to ensure an integrated approach to customer care.
Define and implement plans to ensure pro-active account management.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Create proposals, project manage and deliver results that the client can measure for their ROI.
Increase revenue by up-selling and cross-selling a full range of products and creative services.
Negotiation of commercial sound contracts.
You should have proven experience in relationship building within the B2B sector, have an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle and using CRM systems and experience of managing a portfolio of key accounts. You will be a positive, pro-active communicator with excellent organisation and negotiation skills.
