Would you like a career in HR and Payroll? If so, this is the position for you. My client is looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team. Ideally you will have at least one years payroll experience and you must have excellent administration skills. You will be working closely with the HR Manager and specific duties will include:

• Time and attendance database management.
• Updating and maintaining employee personnel and payroll records.
• Collecting and maintaining attendance and absence records for payroll.
• Verifying information from new and potential employees.
• Preparing HR correspondence.
• Ensuring confidentiality of information by keeping data private and secure.
• HR Administrative tasks such as database and spreadsheet upkeep, reporting and filing.

You will have excellent administration, communication and IT skills. You will have a passion to learn and be able to multi-task and prioritise a high volume workload always ensuring a high level of accuracy. You will be trustworthy, ethical and understand the confidential nature of HR.
