Our client, a leading independently owned organisation of toy retailers in the UK and Ireland, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team at their Head Office in Northampton. Reporting to the Marketing Director, your workload will be diverse and you will have a creative flair and excellent attention to detail. You will be passionate about your work and bring a fresh perspective on how to drive the business forward both online and offline
Day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: -
Creation and design of striking printed and digital toy product catalogues, creating eye-catching graphics and clearly laid-out pages to best showcase an array of leading toy brands during key seasons of the year
Creation of point of sales, window display graphics, banners, posters, and marketing material for retail stores.
Creation of marketing materials and stand graphics for trade shows, roadshows, events and product launches
Updating and maintenance of printed and digital catalogues
Creation of both online and offline marketing campaigns
Blog and newsletter creation
Updating of the business website and social media pages
Ensuring that artwork and content is clear, concise and professional
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of catalogue design and formatting. You will add your own magic to the team and be able to jump between projects as necessary and demonstrate excellent time management skills. You will be an advanced user of Adobe Suites - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and have a keen eye for detail ensuring that all artwork is generated in a professional manner and delivered on time and within budget. You will also hold a relevant Graphic Design qualification to Degree level or similar.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and this is an office-based role, the expectation is that the candidate will be at work in person and not working remotely.
