An exciting new opportunity to join a high-impact development team, managing the finance backbone of a major mixed-use development project. You'll lead day-to-day accounting, cashflow modelling, audit coordination, funding drawdowns, and stakeholder reporting.

What You'll Do:

Maintain bookkeeping, payroll, VAT/CIS, and financial controls
Produce monthly management accounts and board reports
Prepare statutory accounts and oversee audits
Forecast cash flow, manage funding, and monitor covenant compliance
Build financial models to support viability and business planning
Engage with key stakeholders including financing partners
Handle company secretarial, filings, and governance matters

What We're Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience
Experience in real estate, development finance, or JV accounting an advantage
Excellent Excel modelling & reporting skills
Strong communicator who works confidently with auditors, funders and senior stakeholders
Organised, proactive, detail-driven, with high governance standards
