Our client, an award-winning market leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

The role is offered with hybrid working and career progression potential.

You will be working as part of a supportive team ensuring that both UK and Export customers' orders are fulfilled in a timely manner throughout the supply chain process.

Key responsibilities include:

Receiving and processing UK and Export orders via EDI and manually.
Booking transport and collections.
Raising relevant export documentation accurately.
Customer service – keeping the customer fully informed throughout the order cycle and resolving any issues.
Supply chain management – liaising with 3PL providers, warehouses and suppliers.
Processing of invoices and credit notes, when required.
Production of month end stock reconciliation and reporting.

You should have previous relevant experience such as exports, supply chain, logistics or sales coordination. You will have excellent organisation, communication, negotiation, customer service and administration skills.
