What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a motivated Customer Service team
Keep SLAs tight across retail portals, email, phone, marketplaces & live chat
Own escalations for big retail accounts
Oversee order accuracy, replacements, returns & carrier investigations
Drive process improvements and spot service risks early
Report key KPIs across SLAs, accuracy, ODR, Trustpilot & more
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience leading Customer Service teams
Multi-channel/retail or dropship operations experience
Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail
Calm under pressure, great with escalations, and commercially aware
CRM/ticketing and Excel/Sheets proficiency
Bonus Points:
Experience with major retailers, Amazon/eBay, logistics or 3PLs
Knowledge of consumer electrical products & warranty workflows
