Customer Service Administartor

Due to expansion our client, based near Garforth, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role offers a salary up to £21k, free parking, company pension, staff discount and the potential to offer hybrid working once trained

You will be working in the customer service department and you will be handling customer enquiries via the telephone and email. Your duties will include: -

Order entry
Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and running reports
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Advising clients on products and services
Logging and managing customer queries and complaints
Organising deliveries and processing delivery paperwork

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills: -

Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
The ability to work as part of a team
High attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
