A Contracts Coordinator/Administrator is required to join our client’s growing business.
You will be providing full contracts administration support as well as assisting the HR, fleet and finance teams with various administrative tasks.
This is a varied role and duties include:
Raising purchase orders for multiple contracts and inputting delivery notes
Supporting the contracts team in relation to quotes and tenders
Processing invoices, ensuring they match with the purchase orders
Following up with suppliers regarding delivery dates
Keeping clients informed of progress of their contracts
Ensuring that the HR database is kept up to date
Booking meetings, training courses and catering
Ordering protective clothing/uniforms for employees
You should be a highly skilled Administrator with excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. You’ll be a strong team player who is happy to provide administrative support to all areas of the business.
