An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our client’s growing team.

This role offers both hybrid working and study support - if required.

You will be working as part of a small team supporting the purchase ledger function in this fast paced position.

Tasks will include:

Entering and matching a high volume of invoices onto the online purchasing system.
Monitoring the purchase ledger email inbox and responding to queries.
Fortnightly payment runs.
Reconciling supplier statements, requesting missing invoices and resolving issues.
Reviewing the purchase ledger weekly.
Carrying out bank reconciliations.
Assisting with month end processes.

You should be passionate about a career within finance, have excellent numerical, organisation and communication skills and be keen to learn.
